Versicolore, 2019 over-30 Pierre Cotton has created aIntoxicatingly perfumed Carignan grown on schist from the hills of the Haute Corbieres and in the hands of winemaking couple Cline & Alexandre Peyre. Rustic yet elegant, this wine offers bags of charm and character with a fresh raspberries, dustings of dried herbs and savoury, meaty undertones which few other varieties possess. Highly drinkable with smooth tannins and fine acidity to boot. Farmed biodynamically, the grapes undergo a short, cold
