Organic Black Beluga Lentils Size:500 g May contain milkNamed for their visual resemblance to caviar, black lentils are small, round, shiny, and keep their shape when cooked. They're great for soups and salads, and look stunning as a garnish. (think of shiny little black dots over a colourful salad) They cook in 20 min without soaking, and have a slightly nutty flavour. Black lentils are high in fibre and protien, as well as antioxidants found in dark coloured foods.
