The Pleated Plaid - Lightweight McCulloch Introducing the Carmichael Clan CrestBased on the traditional Belted Plaid Fileadh mr we have created a pre pleated adaption of this. This is far easier to wear that pleating the belted plaid yourself. The top part of the plaid can be worn down like in the photos or up over the shoulder, tied with a plaid brooch. We use at least 5 yards of double width 11oz wool tartan to make this. This is all hand stitched. Some people prefer the extra movement the lightweight gives you. Taking your
