Chardonnay En Levrette, 2022 over-30 Taste and Terroir: Like BenoitOld vine Jura Chardonnay from a site rich in iron, limestone and marine life fossils. The wine is fermented in stainless steel before spending two years ageing in a mixture of oak barrels and foudre, which is where it develops its stunning texture, and is then bottled with a low dose of sulphur.
