Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beer is refermented in the bottle. The Pinot Grapes are organic grapes from Burger in Steinseltz. Originally, this beer was made for the 10 year anniversary of Moeder Lambic, with Pinot Noir grapes coming from Valentin Zusslin Estate, cultivated in biodynamic
