We brewed a large chocolate heavy base stout, blending in a special cinnamon & gingerbread infused malt from Belgium. Loaded it up with lactose for that creamy sweet full mouthfeel, then conditioned on Madagascan vanilla bean & a well known cinnamon Whiskey.
