Combes - Tension Chardonnay Pet Nat 2021 750ml COL-UK black malts"A Chardonnay based sparkling straight from our home site, St Andrews, thats bright, zippy and playful. Just like pt nats intend to be. Ripe fruit was whole bunch pressed and fermented in old barriques for maximum texture, and no sulphur additions were required as the wine remained slinky and sherbet y for the entire ride. To taste? Think pithy, juicy citrus and herbal tones built on notes of freshly baked sourdough and mouth watering acidity." Combes
