STEIFF Mopsy Pug Dog Hand Puppet ~ 1968-78 Old_Punch_and_Judy Both puppets are also beautifullySteiff has created some very sweet dog characters and Mopsy Pug as a hand puppet is certainly one of them. Its happy personality, with wide googly eyes and a cheerful felt tongue sticking out, is adorable! Similar to other Steiff toys of the time, Mopsy was finely handcrafted in Germany using the nicest mohair plush. This puppet no longer retains its IDs but its production was likely between 1968 78. Mopsy's head is stuffed with excelsior (wood wool)
