Bright x Carwyn Cellars 'Le Monstres du Chateau #1' Chartreuse Barrel Aged Imperial Stout COL-XMAS chalky soils"Designed in collaboration with Carwyn Cellars, Le Monstres Du Chateau is a project showcasing the true expression of barrel aging through 6 different and distinct French barrels sourced 16,913kms away from our home in Bright. Release #1 is aged in Chartreuse barrels, with the distinct flavour of this infamous green liqueur showcasing overtones of aniseed and a light herbal finish. They called us insane when we chose this monster of a barrel, but
