The Life and Times of St. Bernard Published by PCP Features of Our ReprintThis work is one of the finest and most soul stirring biographies of St. Bernard of Clairvaux ever written in any language. Published only a few years after Fr. Ratisbonnes dramatic conversion from Judaism (he was baptized in 1827 and ordained a priest in 1830), the book breathes the ardent, triumphant faith of a former rabbi who found in St. Bernard the perfect embodiment of Catholic monastic and crusading zeal. 496 pages.
