Papa Panda's Rising, NV under-25 The wine is then agedLively, aromatic and bone dry Riesling that captures the spirit of Mosel. Its produced from hand picked, destemmed grapes that grow on blue slate soils, spending 24 hours on the skins before vinification without any filtration, fining or added sulphites.
