Dee Cee the Door County Freighter by author Carol Davis & illustrator Jan Rasmussen - signed copy (IS) Washington Island Earrings measure approximately 1/2This lovely picture book about a freighter on the great lakes is like a Thomas the Tank Engine story but set with ships instead of trains. DeeCee is a small freighter who finds it hard to make friends with the big freighters, but because she is small and strong she is able to provide food to Washington Island when other freighters are locked in ice. Forgiveness & friends follow this adventure. From the lovely pair that brought us A Door County Night
