A Victorian Child Still Lifes We’ve handled Mr Forsyth’s workWe dont know the painter of this exquisite child, a young boy painted in the twilight years of Queen Victorias reign. Like so many studio photographs of the day, stock still and grim looking, in the usual androgenous cream puff lace.
