Prunecchio, 2023 Giftcard all purchased from Julien VianaThis fresh and gorgeously balanced Tuscan blend brings out the best of each varietal in its mix. The wine is a blend of Treibbiano Toscano, Sauvignon Blanc and Malvasia, which are pressed softly after hand picking, and then spontaneously fermented and aged in steel tanks. Saline, mineral and textural, with pleasing aromas of yellow plum and acacia flowers.
