For the collab, we used Grner Veltliner an Austrian native grape making its impact felt here in Australia. Great wine hybrids showcase characteristic aspects of its wine components in harmony with its wild ale base. This is certainly the case with Grner Folie! In 2024, Mitch from Eleven Sons Wine brought us some spent Grner Veltliner skins. The
