Viktor Kalvachev reserved It is painterly and energetic"I met Viktor through a friend at a comic convention in Paris and a bunch of us went over to his place for dinner. That night he was very complimentary about my painting and coming from him, an extraordinary talent, it sent me into an existential tailspin. He taught me the important lesson, that to praise another artists work never diminishes your own."
