NY Strip Choice Short Ribs Glaze includedThe Striploin is one of the most tender and popular cuts of beef. Loin cuts are lean and perfect for grilling. New York Strips are slightly less marbled than a Ribeye, but they have less of the larger chucks of fat that you find in a Ribeye. Our All natural Choice beef striploins are cut and trimmed into 12 oz steaks. Each order consists of (4) 12 oz steaks individually vacuum sealed for freshness.
