It has very high relief in as found condition, not polished. It's hallmarked on the edge of the lid and on the bottom side, all shown in the pictures. It looks like it has a repair on the top brim shown in the pictures, but doesn't take away from the beauty of this teapot, since it's so ornate, it doesn't stand out.
