Domaine Rolet - Arbois Poulsard Vieilles Vignes 2005 1.5L special~carwyncollab with toasty barrel ferment notes

with toasty barrel ferment notes and a hint of cut grass

the Gattinara is a bit richer than it often is – the result of the warm dry year – but its profile is super-classic

Our Cabernet Sauvignon is easy drinking and rich with dark fruit and hints of fresh mint

On second pass the fragrance of suppressed juniper and citrus tantalise the taste buds
