Molly Rose - Sour Tom 750ml special~cellarcollection Style / Variety: Navy Strength"Tom typifies the ideal of a great mate; loyal, kind, generous, always has time for a beer and a chat. Several years ago, due to a mishap in the brewery, we had some wasted grain, from this trash came a treasure of a beer and Sour Tom was born. Strawberry aromas explode from the bottle as it is opened and dominate the nose. Sour Tom finishes clean and dry, with hints and layers of wine and oak adding to the delicate farmhouse characters and spice."
