Deliciously pure fruited and textural on the palate with accents of peach, citrus pith, honeysuckle and carried by electric grapefruit acidity for a refreshingly moorish finale. Slowly pressed over two days with fermentation and lvage in old barrels. Bottled unfined, unfiltered and without added sulphur. Here today, gone tomorrow!
