Temps de Chien, 2021 Beaujolais This is fresh and floralA Gamay Chardonnay blend that is incredibly delicate, light and juicy. One of the best value light reds weve tried in some time. Made from 100 year old vines grown 400 500 metres above sea level. Temps de Chien means beware of the dog and is a saying used to describe bad weather in France which this wine was born out of in 2021, with huge success.
