The band is 15ct gold and the heart is 18ct gold. The heart measures approx 13mmx11mm and has a bubble like design and a central old cut sparkling diamond approx 0. 06ct which is held within a very crisp starburst setting. This is such a unique piece we haven't come across one quite like this thus far! Size Q1 2. Resizable. Weight 2. 07g Band stamped for 15ct gold.
