Everything but the Kitchen Sink, 2020 Calcarius Producer: Lambert SpielmannRegion: AlsaceA name born out of a year where Nuria's crops were ravaged by adverse weather conditions. This can be likened to moments in life where you make use of all that's left from a terrible situation, but you end up through adversity, creating an even better art piece than if you'd had everything you needed in the first place. If this wine could be framed, it would be hanging in MOMA. Luckily for us it's here, and can sit in your drinks cupboard tomorrow.
