His plots in Rablay sur Layon in the Loire span over multiple soil types, all farmed in accordance to the lunar calendar. With his hands off approach, Bruno harvests chenin blanc grown on clay, schist, and gravel. In the classic ptillant naturel method, this sparkling has elegant soft bubbles, showing delicate floral aromas and a
