Riesling sur Schist, 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Producer: Sylvain BockA vibrant and dry Riesling with a chalky backbone from the Durrmanns in Andlau, Alsace. Biodynamically grown on schist and vinified naturally, it bursts of luscious citrus and green orchard fruits with touches of smoke, white pepper and persistent acidity to boot.
