Galatée, 2022 Lifestyle and mouthwateringly moreish wine fromAn elegant but lively Aligot thats brimming with mineral tension and citrusy acids. The wine is produced from Aligot grapes that are pressed directly and fermented with indigenous yeast, followed by 12 months ageing in barrels, and just minimal SO2 added at bottling. Bright notes of lemon and grapefruit combine with a floral edge on the nose and palate.
