Perlite 80 - 100L (100% natural volcanic mineral) Size:Size 4 -8 mm 100L Harvest outer stems and leavesPerlite 80 100L (100% natural volcanic mineral) Perlite is a 100% natural volcanic mineral, similar to vermiculite. It has excellent water holding properties, but is less porous and drains better than vermiculite. It is lightweight. Expanded perlite is a soil conditioner, loosens clay soil, reduces clumping, and improves drainage and aeration. Perlite is made from silicified volcanic rock at 1,400 degrees Fahrenheit to create a sponge like ball.
