Complex Late Bottled Vintage Port from Portugal

This is the side project of Guillaume Gonnet (who also makes wine at Famille Gonnet) and his Australian wife Kelly

Single Malt, Cask Strength Whisky, Nc'Nean (o) spirits and caramel warmthNcneans signature single malt shows notes of peaches, freshly baked biscuits and orange blossoms. The extra heft afforded by this cask strength release reveals a more powerful side of this elegant whisky and yet more layers of flavour that emerge with a few dashes of water. A great expression from this young Highland distillery.
