Cornella - Night Terroir Dark Vineyard Ale special~cellarcollection not only during the traditional"A sophisticated hybrid born at the intersection of soil and spent grain. Brewed at our home at Shiraz Republic, Night Terror began as a robust, high gravity dark ale before being infused with estate grown Shiraz juice. To extract the true "soul" of the season, the fermenting ale underwent a seven day maceration on crushed Shiraz skins, drawing deep tannins & colour directly from the fruit. The result is a powerhouse profoundly tied to the land."
