Lo Petit Fantet D'Hippolyte, 2021 cellar-key-product The palate is structured andThere is great value to be found in the Languedoc, as this wine shows. Produced from a blend of old vines of Carignan, Syrah and Grenache grown on limestone clay soils, all the grapes undergo carbonic maceration, followed by ageing in cement. Fruity and fresh but with some aromatic notes of thyme, rosemary, and spice.
