Wildflower - St Henry 2022 Apricot Wild Ale 750ml special~blackbox *Contains lactose sugar" - Duncan's"In 2022, St Henry was made by blending barrel aged golden mixed culture fermentation ale with 630kg of fresh, handpicked, whole, tree ripened Trevatt apricots from Thornbrook Orchard in Nashdale, NSW. After a four month maceration and refermentation of fruit and beer, it was bottled and allowed to naturally carbonate and mature in bottle before release. There's a wonderful purity to the nose of Henry this year. Ripe, fleshly, perfumed sweet apricots.
