Each variety was fermented separately and then matured in a combination of new and seasoned oak hogsheads. Totally opaque dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Elevated dark plum, raspberry and liquorice aromas intermingle with dark chocolate and vanillin spice. Rich dark raspberry, liquorice and dark plum fruits have a plush feel with notions
