Volnay 1er Cru Le Ronceret, 2022 Beaujolais crafted in HyōgoElegant, refined, mineral driven and remarkably pure, this Pinot is the pride of Cossards estate. The seventy year old vines are situated in a celebrated Premier Cru vineyard in Volnay, with vinification and ageing taking place in old oak barrels, and without filtration, fining or added sulphur. The wines sophisticated aroma profile includes blueberry, dried raspberry, wild cherry, hibiscus and mushrooms.
