19/20 under-30 Riesling blendsBorn in Warwickshire, made in Languedoc. Joe Jefferies has a reputation for crafting some of the most captivating wines in the area, drawing inspiration from basaltic soils to add a unique stamp on his wines. Blending from two years 20% Grenache Gris, Blanc & Noir from the 2019 vintage, harmoniously co fermented with Grenache Gris, Noir & Cinsault from the 2020 harvest, following a 6 day maceration. A truly great example of the quality of basalt
