Prunotto - Fiulot Barbera d'Asti DOC 2021 750ml Col-Sale "Final Entropy is a crisp""Fiulot" in Piemontes local dialect means "young man". This Barbera is delicate and easy to drink, a youthful expression of its fruit and aromas. Harvested grapes were brought to the cellar, destemmed and crushed. Maceration on the skins took place over a period of 5 to 7 days at a temperature that did not exceed 28 C (82 F).
