At an elevation of 550m and a steep south facing aspect the Hill Block produces low yielding, taut and intensely aromatic fruit. Quinns Road lies to the north east at 500m elevation and delivers body and texture for this fum style Sauvignon Blanc. Hand picked on the 17th and 22nd of March, destemmed, 8% fermented on skins, the remainder pressed and wild yeast fermented in
