This is a handmade mouthpiece by John Thomas, a maker performer living in Jacksonville, Florida, USA. The design is the classic Meyer style. The sides are engraved with "0. 90," "JOHN THOMAS," and "7 31 10," which indicate the tip opening. There are some minor scratches and scuffs, but it is in good condition. The tip opening was measured at our shop to be approximately 2. 19 mm (equivalent to a Mayer No. 8).
