"Nelson Sauvin

After letting it rest in oak barrels to gain funky complexity

They are put whole without stone into our barrels where they slowly fill with the surrounding beer and as the temperatures in the brewery increase & decrease with the seasons

with extended lees contact to build structure while retain excellent balance with the fruit

d'Arenberg - Stump Jump Chardonnay 750ml Size:Single "Nelson Sauvin"Lightly Wooded Chardonnay. Pale straw green, exceptionally fruit driven with a fluid line of white peach, nectarine, green apples and honeydew melon. The controlled use of seasoned oak makes this wine generous and fresh with a mouth coating nutty and slightly smoked texture of hazelnut and almonds. Citrusy acidity with a crunchy bite are followed by a long and savoury finish. A well crafted Chardonnay for all Chardonnay lovers." d'Arenberg Style
