Charles' take on Pinot Grigio involves bright aromatic fresh stone fruits, with subtle oak influence to provide structure and complexity to the wine. The Pinot Grigio fruit was hand picked in the cool morning, then a whole bunch pressed with a 25% portion of the juice fermented wild in aged French barriques and the remainder fermented slowly in the tank at
