An Evocative Victorian Spindle Back Child's Chair sub-Rugs- Carpets & Textiles It surely succeedsOrigin: English Period: Victorian Provenance: Unknown Date: c. 1890 Height: 24 inches Width: 12. 25 inches Depth: 13. 5 inches (all at maximum) In totally original condition, the stained spindle backed chair of small proportions with shaped seat and H shaped stretcher survives from the late Victorian period. There are no structural issues with the chair, it has no signs of worm and there are no repairs evident. The paint stain is original to the piece
