Rosato, 2021 Syrah brine-y and elegantLamoresca has bottled the essence of Sicily in this sunny, gentle rosato. Neo dAvola, Frappato and Moscato are pressed together to produce a delicate drinker with an edge of bitter citrus. Ageing for a small while in concrete tanks keeps everything light and easy, as summer should be.
