Fresh and characterful aromas of macerated strawberries, baked red apple, tea leaf, wild garden herbs with soft mousse and a touch of residual sugar on the finish. Perfect as an aperitif, when youre looking for an non alcoholic substitute, equally would go well with paired porkbelly.
