West Cape Howe - Old School Chardonnay 750ml Size:Single whose tinge of fresh yeast"Our Old School Chardonnay is from specific blocks from our Langton & Hayview vineyards in Mt Barker. The fruit was picked a little after that for our Styx Gully to produce a slightly fuller style of Chardonnay. Predominately barrel fermented (~40% new) it all went through malolactic fermentation to produce a softer, complex, and textured wine. COLOUR Bright and clear with a light golden straw colour. AROMA Has light melon fruit aromas; think honeydew
