Range Life - Rosato 750ml COL-TrappistAbbey Region: Trade Secret"We have finally added a Rosato aka Ros to our Range! Made from 100% Shiraz from a mates vineyard just outside of Colac, it was direct pressed into tank, with just a few hours of skin contact giving us a light colour. It then sat in tank for 9 months building some texture and then bottled. Light, bright with some fresh red fruits and a nice savoury texture."
