Established in 1996, Pogue Vineyard is 135 acres of prime agricultural land near Toolamba in Central Victoria. The process of conversion to Organic commenced in 2015 and the four year transition was successfully completed and Certification awarded prior to the 2020 vintage. Organic and vegan friendly pea protein is used in the fining process and the ferment is completed using a specially selected Organic yeast
