Sobremesa - Jus Rouge BA Mixed Culture with Blackcurrants Size:4 Pack Style / Variety: Dessert Wine"This is blend of two unique barriques: 50 % 2 year old old mixed culture saison 50% 6 month old open fermented saison These were blended into our fruiting tank on blackcurrants at the rate of 285g L for 10 weeks. Packaged on September 19th 2024 and naturally conditioned in can for 6 weeks. Jus Rouge is french for 'red juice' and that is exactly what this is. The aroma is very herbaceous in the way that whole bunch fermentation in wine presents. A
